Adult Ballet Class

Adult Ballet: Precision Workout for Strength & Alignment
Our 1-hour Adult Ballet class is designed for adults seeking a consistent, familiar routine that doubles as a transformative workout. Through precise, repetitive exercises, we improve foot articulation and leg alignment—correcting pronation or supination to protect your knees from misalignment stress.
This targeted practice alleviates hip tightness and lower back discomfort while perfecting hip positioning to safeguard your gait, balance, and fall prevention. We build torso strength for fluid arm movement, reducing frozen shoulder risk. With a strong focus on anatomy and physiology, every step is carefully chosen for steady, sustainable progress that reshapes how your body moves.

Conditioning Class

Our dynamic 1-hour Conditioning class fuses targeted stretching with professional-grade Floor Barre exercises—performed entirely on the floor to protect joints while delivering dancer-level results. The rotation relieves neck tightening from daily stress, corrects supinated shoulders, and addresses posture imbalances that cascade into pain, using breathwork techniques so you learn proper diaphragmatic breathing (not mimicking others’ shallow “monkey see, monkey do” habits).
Rooted in years of classical dance training, the conditioning builds high-performance strength like elite ballerinas: deep core activation, hip stabilizers, and rotational control to prevent injuries. Floor Barre’s low-impact progressions—think precise demi-pliés, tendus, and port de bras adaptations—enhance flexibility, alignment, and power, ensuring every student masters movements independently for lasting, personalized results.
